A Password is required so that "DEMO" is not printed over forms. Password will be given upon payment. No refund issued after receiving password.

Download and Installation Procedures

	Click on the file to download (ie T4-2011).
	If you are asked to open or save the file, save it.
	Write down the directory where you will save it. Do NOT download to desktop!
	Again using Windows Explorer, double click on the file name(s) and follow the prompts to install the software.

	If this is a new installation, you must install both files to the same directory.
	Do not install software for different years in the same directory.

Starting the Program

Click the Start button

Select Programs

Select the T4-T4A-T5 Printer program group

Select the program you want to run.

Converting Last Year's Data to the Current Year

Certain data such as names and addresses may be carried forward for use this year. This is done in the following manner:

	Start up the program by following the steps above in Starting the Program.
	From the File menu, choose Import 2010 Data.
	Ensure that the From datapath indicates that in which your 2010 data is found. By default, last year's program and data was saved in a folder named DONA2010 under the Program Files folder.
	Ensure that the To datapath indicates that in which you wish your 2011 data to be stored. By default, this year's program is saved in a folder named T4-T4A-T5\2011 under the C.
	Click the Continue button to continue the transfer process.
	Your data files are now located in the directory named T4-T4A-T5\2011, unless you changed the default path.
